East Lothian Council to consider Smeaton Bing planning application

East Lothian Council Planning Committee will be considering the proposals submitted by Hamilton Waste And Recycling Ltd. at a meeting on Tuesday 2nd March 2010 with the recommendation that consent be granted subject to a number of conditions.
Mr. Raymond Weir will attend the meeting on 2nd March to make a formal presentation against the application on behalf of Carberry Residents Group.
The Planning Committee meeting is an open session and you are able to attend the meeting and listen to the discussion that takes place and also be present to see how the committee members vote. The meeting commences at 10am on Tuesday 2 March at The Council Chambers, Town House, Haddington.
Councillors on the planning committee and who represent Musselburgh East and Carberry Ward are: Councillor Roger Knox, Councillor Andrew Forrest and Councillor John Caldwell.
