Oakridge Property, the Dalkeith based property investment company, is currently working on exciting plans to bring a brand leading, tourist focused retail operator to Fordel View, Midlothian.
Located at the junction of the new A68 Dalkeith Bypass and Lauder Road, these plans include new roadside services, a petrol filling station and fast food outlet together with a tourist retail outlet and orientation centre, restaurant and hotel. Already these plans have attracted considerable interest from one of Scotland's pre-eminent retail names.
As part of our comprehensive programme of public engagement these plans are to be shown at a public exhibition to be held at Dalkeith Library, White Hart Street, Dalkeith on Thursday 27 May 4-7pm and also at Cousland Village Hall, Cousland on Friday 28 May 3-7pm
There will be a preview of the exhibition between 3pm and 4pm on Thursday 27 May at Dalkeith Library or 2pm-3pm at Cousland Village Hall on Friday 28 May when you will have the opportunity to examine the proposals in detail.
